Protection Is Needed For All Websites
I am the manager of a music group. The name of the music group is The Secret Chamber. Seven student of the University of Boston formed the band in their last year of college. The band is successfully performing for nearly a couple of years. This year they had launched a full-length record of their original tracks. Earlier they had launched two EPs and cover versions of several popular tracks. The Secret Chambers after getting a lucrative contract from a famous recording label decided to launch their official website. The official website of the band was launched in the last month. We had posted two tracks from the new album and the EPs of the band on the website. It was posted for the fans. We were careful about the record selling and so we did not want the tracks to be downloaded from the website.
I had worked with many other bands earlier and so I decided to use the digital rights management software so that no one could download the tracks from the website. People can listen to the tracks repeatedly but cannot download them. Thus, there was no adverse effect on the sale of the records. With the help of the website, the fans can keep in touch with the band and the popularity of the band had also increased.
