I am the chief of the public relations department in a leading skincare company of the United States. We have to frame different policies for increasing the popularity of the products. We have to work hard throughout the year for the success of our company. Incentives are given for increasing the productivity of the staffs. We maintain a record regarding the efficiency of all the staffs. Every year we have an award giving ceremony. Here the director of the company honors the best staff from each department. Everyone tries to give his or her best for winning the award.

One month before the award night, I start searching for the companies who are skilled in making corporate awards. We do not want the recipient to keep the award in his cupboard. We want them to flaunt it and so we appoint the award making companies who have a good market reputation. We ask the company to engrave the name of the recipient on the awards. This year we selected Bennett Award Company to design the award for us. They have given some brilliant designs and we have decided to appoint the same company next year.
